Reference Number 0000381775 It is the intent of these specifications to describe materials, equipment, trucking and labor necessary to resurface various roads in Rensselaer County with Cold Mix Bituminous Concrete Pavement. The contractor is required to provide maintenance and protection of traffic as part of the bid. The successful bidders will furnish all materials, labor and equipment to deliver, place and compact the Cold Mix Bituminous Asphalt Pavements per the specifications. General Requirements - Insurance Required - Local Service Required - Prevailing Wage Required The County of Rensselaer reserves the right to reject any and all bids received and to waive any informalities discovered herein and re-bid, if necessary, when it appears to be in the County's best interest.
