Reference Number 0000372164 Rensselaer County and its political sub-divisions require undetermined quantities of hot-mix asphalt concrete. Materials provided shall be as described in the applicable portions of Section 400, and Section 404, of the NYSDOT "STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS (US Customary Units), Construction and Materials" dated January 1, 2025. Materials provided shall conform to the parameters defined in Table 401-1, COMPOSITION OF ASPHALT MIXTURES. Provisions of this Section relating to materials handling, processing and quality apply. All bidders must supply materials from NYSDOT approved plants. All materials provided must follow the above-mentioned specifications. Job Location Various County Roads General Requirements - Insurance Required - Local Service Required - Prevailing Wage Required *The County of Rensselaer reserves the right to reject any and all bids received and to waive any informalities discovered herein.
