Reference Number 0000360400 Upgrades to our existing Commons Road Pump Station Work shall include but is not limited to: Contract No. 1 - General Construction The scope of work includes the installation of a new concrete wetwell and pump station to replace the existing pump station. Work includes demolition, site work, fencing, pavement, bypass pumping, scada and site work. General Requirements - Certified Payroll - Insurance Required - Prevailing Wage Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % -- A bid bond in the amount equal to at least five (5%) percent of the Bid will be required with submission of each bid. The successful bidders, to whom the contracts are awarded, will be required to provide a payment and performance bond equal to the full amount of the Contract. *The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the Bids received, or to reject any or all Bids without explanation. Question Deadline 09/03/2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
