Scope of Work: The Scope of Work will occur at 7846 West 163rd Street, Tinley Park, Illinois 60477. Estimated construction cost is $4,000,000.00. This project will be bid to General Contractors only. Major scope of work items will include, but shall not be limited to, the following: 1) Site work 2) Landscaping 3) Concrete Foundations and Slabs. 4) Steel Structure 5) Masonry 6) Hollow metal frames and wood doors 7) Windows 8) Flooring and Finishes. 9) Casework and Countertops 10) Roofing 11) Mechanical 12) Plumbing 13) Fire Protection 14) Electrical 15)Low Voltage Bid security in the form of a bid bond, certified check or cash in an amount equal to 10 percent of the base bid amount shall be submitted with the bid. Should a bid bond be submitted, the bid bond shall be payable to the Board of Education, Kirby School District 140.
