Renovation of a municipal facility in Saint Augustine, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
This project includes the provision and installation of one (1) 20 ton ground-mounted packaged cooling and electric heat unit, designed to operate at 208/230 volts in a three-phase setting. This system will be equipped with all necessary accessories, including an 18.8 kW electric heater, condensate piping, and controls to ensure efficient operation. In addition, associated sheet metal and fabric air distribution systems, which will utilize duct socks, will be installed, featuring all required insulation for enhanced performance. The installation will also include a duct-mounted smoke detector, various dampers, grills, registers, and diffusers to ensure effective air flow and safety. During the construction phase, appropriate protection will be provided for duct and equipment openings to prevent damage. Upon completion of work, a comprehensive testing and balancing of the system will be worked, and training for the owner to ensure proper operation and maintenance of the installed unit. St. Johns County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids/proposals, waive minor informalities, or award the bid/proposal which best serves the interests of St. Johns County.
