Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Plano, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a 5,871-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

The North Texas Municipal Water District (NTMWD) is requesting proposals for the construction of the following project: Rowlett Creek RWWTP Administration Building This Project includes the following construction: A. Construction of new Administration Building with support systems including, Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and Instrumentation. B. Construction of site work, including parking and associated driveways, sidewalks, landscaping and irrigation. C. Construction of site utilities including domestic water, sanitary sewer, fire hydrants and associated piping. D. Installation of new Security Fencing and Gate. E. Construction of trash dumpster enclosure. This Project Includes The Construction Of New Administration Building With Support Systems Including, Electrical, Hvac, Plumbing, Fire Protection, And Instrumentation. Questions Due Date: Aug 1st 2025, 5:00 PM CDT The OPCC range for this project is $10 - 12.5M. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Intent to Bid Due Date: Aug 8th 2025, 2:00 PM CDT A. Construct work as described in the Contract Documents. 1. Provide the materials, equipment, and incidentals required to make the project completely operable. 2. Provide the labor, equipment, tools, and consumable supplies required for a complete project. 3. Provide the civil, architectural, structural, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, electrical, instrumentation, landscape and irrigation, and all other work required for a complete and operable project. 4. Test and place the completed project in operation. 5. Provide the special tools, spare parts, lubricants, supplies, or other materials as indicated in Contract Documents for the operation and maintenance of the Project. 6. Install Owner provided products and place in operation. 7. Drawings and specifications do not indicate or describe all of the work required to complete the project. Additional details required for the correct installation of selected products are to be provided by the Contractor and coordinated with the Engineer. A. Work is described in general, non-inclusive terms as: 1. Construction of new Administration Building with support systems including, Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and Instrumentation. 2. Construction of site work, including 14th street access road, 14th street median reconstruction, parking and associated driveways, sidewalks, landscaping and irrigation. 3. Construction of site utilities including domestic water, sanitary sewer, fire hydrants and associated water lines, and plant non-potable water lines for irrigation. 4. Installation of new Security Fencing and Gate. 5. Construction of trash dumpster enclosure
