The City of Plano is soliciting temporary site screening, erosion controls installation and maintenance, clearing and grubbing, grading, retaining walls, wet and dry utilities, trail paving, playground, restroom, irrigation, and planting. The project site is within a residential neighborhood and adjacent to an elementary school. Question Deadline 08/01/2025 at 2:00 PM CT Questions must be submitted electronically. Construct work as described in the Contract Documents. B. Obtain appropriate permits, including providing forms and documentation as required. C. Provide the materials, equipment, and incidentals required to make the project completely operable. D. Provide the labor, equipment, tools, and consumable supplies required for a complete project. E. Provide the civil, architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and all other work required for a complete and operable project. F. Test and place the completed project in operation. G. Provide the special tools, spare parts, lubricants, supplies, or other materials as indicated in Contract Documents for the operation and maintenance of the Project. H. Install Owner provided products and place in operation. I. Weekly meetings with the Owner's Representative. 1. Base Bid Items including but not limited to: a. Demolition of existing restroom / storage building, pavements, walkways, playground, sand volleyball court, etc. as noted on the plans; b. Construction of a new combination restroom / picnic pavilion building. Electrical work will be required inside the structure as well as plumbing, painting, installation of doors, heaters, masonry, & facade work. c. Site grading and storm water collection items; d. Site lighting and utility installation for the electrical service that will serve the site as well as the new restroom; e. Sanitary sewer service and domestic water service for the new restroom building; f. New fire hydrant and water service; g. Earthwork; h. Modification to park entry drive, new parking access road and new parking spaces; i. New pedestrian walkways and sidewalk along San Gabriel Drive east and south of the North Core area; j. Sand volleyball court, sub drainage, and accessories; k. New children's playground including sub-drainage, safety surface, and playground equipment; l. Site furnishings; m. Landscaping and irrigation including solid sod turf and shade trees. n. Construction of approximately 1500 lf of sidewalk along San Gabriel Drive, north of the existing parking area as shown on the plan.
