The Town Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids and further reserves the right to award the contract in the best interest of the Town of Bone Lake. the single-chip sealing of 250th Ave. starting at 95th Street extending east approx 1.1 miles to paint markings on roadway, and the double-chip sealing of 250th Ave. starting at 68th Street extending west approx 1.9 miles continuing thru Round Lake Rd. to paint markings on roadway. Single-chip spec: FA2 granite, EM-8 oil, pothole patch, steel rubber roller combo. Double-chip spec: 3/8 bottom FA2 granite, EM-8 oil, pothole patch, steel rubber roller combo.
