Site work and new construction of a retail development in Cushing, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the construction of a retail development; and for site work for a retail development.
**As of June 11,2025, the project was awarded to Northwest Builders but the awarded amount is not available.** Project Description: This project consists of erecting a new 3,760 sf, wood framed, heated, shop building for Laketown Township, and any other work indicated in the Contract Documents. The building will have four overhead doors, several hollow metal man doors, an office, and single user toilet room. There will be an equipment platform above the office and toilet room. The Shop will have a trench drain and catch basin; the concrete floor shall be sloped accordingly. The exterior walls and roof will be finished with metal liner panel. The interior walls in the shop will have metal liner panel or sheathing. The Office and Toilet room will have a painted drywall finish and epoxy flooring. Coordinate all work with other trades.
