Project Scope Includes: Custom playground design that integrates inclusive and accessible play elements for children ages 2-5 and 5-12 Playground structure(s) that address a variety of play needs: active, sensory, imaginative, and social Playground border using concrete or an equally durable material Accessible playground surfacing, including the primary use of Poured-in-Place (PIP), Engineered Wood Fiber (EWF) acceptible when appropriate ADA-compliant pedestrian paths connecting the playground to existing park amenities Integration of shade and donor recognition features Preservation and incorporation of existing Heritage Oak Trees Use of low-maintenance, durable materials suitable for a Central Texas environment.
