Boone County Fiscal Court is soliciting bids for the replacement for the shingled roof at the main Public Works Salt dome. Roofing Contractor to provide all shingles, labor to install shingles, ice and water shield, ridge cap shingles, siding and associated materials needed to install the above on the Salt Dome, to the specification as follows: Supply Landmark CertainTeed limited lifetime shingle architectural shingles and ridge caps for this installation with necessary, water and ice guard and total materials, less roofing nails. Roofing Contractor agrees to install said materials to the dome roof structure, any materials purchased by Roofing Contractor beyond the estimate below will be reimbursed with proof of purchase receipts, plus 10%. Bid Bond: A bidder's bond or certified check in the amount of NO VALUE% of the amount bid shall accompany any bid in excess of $100,000.00 for the bid to be acceptable. Boone County reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informalities and to negotiate for the modifications of any bid or to accept that bid which is deemed the most desirable and advantageous from the standpoint of customer value and service and concept of operations, even though such bid may not, on its face, appear to be the lowest and best price.
