**As of September 04, 2025, the project was awarded to Pacific Hydrotech Corporation, with an awarded amount of $19,020,463.41.** Under these Specifications, the Contractor shall perform the construction of a sidestream treatment facility at the Temecula Valley Regional Water Reclamation Facility (TVRWRF) in accordance with these specifications and the contract drawings. The scope of work for this project primarily includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. One centrate transfer pump station. 2. One sidestream treatment facility consisting of equalization and reactor tanks and associated equipment. 3. One sidestream service building, including new blowers, chemical dosing facilities, interconnecting piping, electrical equipment and ductbanks, and civil improvements including paving and grading. 4. Modification of the existing drain lines at the existing sludge dewatering building, modifications to dewatering equipment to convey wastewater separately from belt press filtrate, and construction of a antiscalant chemical system. 5. Associated electrical, instrumentation and control system improvements and modifications. 6. Control integration services by a qualified integrator. 7. Demolition, repair and reconstruction of existing improvements affected by the work, and completion of all work necessary to render the facility complete and operational.
