KIPP Memphis Public Schools ("KMPS") hereby invites qualified firms to submit Statements of Qualification for the procurement of architectural and design services for KMPS during the 2025-26 fiscal year. Scope of Services The selected architectural firm will be expected to provide the following services: A. Pre-Design Services: Site analysis and feasibility study. Assessment of current facilities and infrastructure. Development of a project program in collaboration with KMPS stakeholders. B. Design Services: Schematic design options and presentation to KMPS. Design development including detailed plans, elevations, and sections. Coordination with engineering consultants (MEP, structural, civil, etc.). Preparation of construction documents. Assistance with permitting and regulatory approvals. C. Construction Phase Services, if funding is secured: Bidding assistance and contractor selection support. Construction administration, including site visits, progress reports, and issue resolution. Final inspection and project closeout. Statement of Qualifications should be submitted in the manner prescribed in this Request for Qualifications (RFQ). All required forms and submissions requirements are included in this RFQ or attached to it. Each person or entity that submits to KMPS in response to this RFQ shall be designated as a "Vendor." Answers to all questions shall be provided to all Vendors as a numbered addendum. In order to receive such addendum, all responses will be posted online on July 21, 2025 Services Start Date Full Execution of Agreement The term of the contract resulting from this RFQ is for one year, with options for renewal as additional one-year terms, subject to the need of services, annual availability of an appropriation, and satisfactory delivery of the services rendered up to that point. Statement of Qualifications must be received. KMPS reserves the right to reject any Statement of qualifications that is untimely or incomplete. It is the sole responsibility of any Vendor submitting a statement of qualifications to ensure it is received by KMPS on time. Hand-delivered or mailed Statement of qualifications must be delivered in an envelope or envelopes clearly showing the respondent's company name and address and must also be labeled: "KIPP Memphis Public Schools Audit Services." There is not a public opening for Statement of Qualifications responses. Statement of Qualifications will be opened in the presence of two KMPS staff members. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
