WORKSITE VISIT The CONSTRUCTOR acknowledges that it has visited, or has had the opportunity to visit, the Worksite to visually inspect the general and local conditions which could affect the Work. a. Project Location: Work shall be performed under this Contract on the campus of the University of Iowa at UI Health Care John Colloton Pavilion 160 Hawkins Drive, Iowa City. b. The Constructor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment necessary for, and incidental to, construction of this project as indicated on Drawings dated July 9, 2025. c. Work shall include everything requisite and necessary to finish work properly, notwithstanding that not every item of labor or materials or accessories required to make project complete may be specifically mentioned. d. General Description of Work 1) Project consists of the decommissioning of existing machinery and equipment; repurposing of the adjacent space for storage of equipment; installation of new flooring throughout the renovated area; and addition of a new sit-stand workstation within the control room, along with new side seating. Replacement of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and fire suppression in support of the new imaging equipment. This project involves the decommissioning of existing machinery and equipment, use of the adjacent space for equipment storage such as the tube cooler and UPS, new flooring, the installation of new casework including a new sit-stand work surface within the control room and the addition of new side seating, preferably bariatric and stackable.
