The County is seeking proposals from qualified Offerors to provide professional engineering services for the design of a new Stafford County Courthouse Facility. The selected A/E shall furnish all expertise, labor and resources for complete design and construction period services for the project in accordance with the Terms and Conditions. The facility shall be designed in compliance with the most recently published version of the Virginia Courthouse Facility Guidelines as published by the Supreme Court of Virginia. This facility is also to be designed to achieve LEED Silver certification and in compliance with the Virginia High Performance Buildings Act. PRE-AWARD MEETINGS OR INQUIRIES: No meetings or inquiries between proposing firms and County departmental staff concerning this project will take place during this RFP process. All inquiries concerning this RFP shall go through the Procurement Division via email provided above, with the subject titled RFP# 25132 for A&E Design Services for a new Stafford County Courthouse Facility. Period of Contract: Four (4) Years and Nine (9) Months. In compliance with this Request For Proposals (RFP), which includes all addenda, provisions, attachments, and appendices attached and referenced therein, and subject to all the terms and conditions set forth herein, the undersigned Offeror agrees to furnish the services described in the RFP and submits this signed proposal. It is understood that this proposal and the scope of services may be modified following ranking of qualified offerors, by mutual agreement in subsequent negotiations.)
