A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Replacement of main switchgear at Aquia Waste Water Treatment Plant, system upgrades, and construction upgrades to existing structure. Questions from Bidders must be received by Tuesday, September 2, 2025 at 2:00 PM local prevailing time. Questions must be emailed to procurement@staffordcountyva.gov. Stafford County reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding. The Work of this Contract includes, but it is not limited to, the replacement of the existing \nswitchgear with addition of a new switchgear room for the Aquia Wastewater Treatment Plant \n(WWTP) located at 71 Coal Landing Rd, Stafford, VA 2255
