The R-Board seeks proposals from qualified offerors to develop a Landfill Gas-to-Energy (LFGE) project and related facilities for commercial and beneficial use purposes of the landfill gas collected at the R-Board Sanitary Landfill and to make payments to the R-Board in exchange for receiving landfill gas. The R-Board shall consider proposals outlining technically and financially feasible beneficial uses of the Landfill Gas (LFG), including electrical power generation, direct use by industrial users as medium-British thermal unit (BTU) fuel, production of renewable natural gas (RNG), or other suitable technologies. TERMS & CONDITIONS This solicitation is subject to the provisions of the Stafford County Request for Proposals (RFP) and any attachments, exhibits, revisions or amendments thereto, which are hereby incorporated into this RFP in their entirety.
