As of September 17th, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established. Due to the funding sources (insurance as well as state & local funding), the work performed under this contract is also subject to State prevailing wage rates. The estimated construction budget is expected to be approximately $260,000.00-$350,000.00. The contract delivery method will be a single general contract that will include roofing and associated construction and incidental civil, HVAC, electrical and plumbing scopes of work. Each bid must include a bid guaranty in the form of a bid guaranty and contract bond for the full amount of the bid (including all add Alternates) or a certified check, cashier's check, or irrevocable letter of credit in an amount equal to 10% of the bid (including all add Alternates), as described in the Instructions to Bidders. No bid may be withdrawn within 60 days after the bid opening.
