Site work for a water / sewer project in Dover, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project; one-story above grade water / sewer project; and one-story above grade water / sewer project.

The project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to, but not limited to the following: demolition of two existing headwalls, installation of 2,403 linear feet of 42" ADS N-12, and 930 linear feet of 48" ADS N-12 storm sewer, jack and bore, two storm vaults, nine storm manholes, 20,206 cubic yards of excavation, 12" waterline relocation, and seeding and mulching. Bids will not be accepted from bidders who have not obtained plans and specifications from Diversified Engineering, Inc. Each bidder must submit evidence of experience on projects of similar size and complexity. Bidders must comply with prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Tuscarawas County, Ohio as determined by the Ohio Department of Commerce. Each proposal must contain the full name of all parties submitting the proposal. Bid security must be furnished by a surety company licensed in Ohio. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to increase, decrease or omit any items, and/or to award to the lowest and responsible, responsive bidder. The OWNER may waive informalities or irregularities in the bids received.
