Site work for a water / sewer project in Mansfield, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
All bidders must register and be a member of the web service to bid on the project. The requirements for bidders, contractors, and subcontractors are explained in the bidding documents. Awarding of the contract shall be to the Lowest and Best bidder as determined by the City of Mansfield's Board of Control in the best interest of the City of Mansfield. The City of Mansfield's Board of Control reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive an irregularities. Location - Along Lexington Springmill Road from Brumenshenkel Well (1500' south of Cockley Road) to the Mansfield Water Treatment Plant. PROJECT SCOPE The project involves the installation of new ductile iron water mains and associated appurtenances to replace the existing south well line that supplies well water to the Mansfield Water Treatment Plant. Construction will include a combination of open-cut and trenchless methods, including direction drilling and/or jack-and-bore. Water main sizes for this project include 12-inch, 14-inch and 20-inch diameters. The primary point of contact for the owner shall be: Robert P.
