Furnishing and delivering Rock Salt for use by the Street Department for the winter season of 2025-2026 starting at the signing of the contract or contracts through April 30, 2026, as required, all in accordance with the specifications of the City of Mansfield and the State of Ohio Department of Transportation. Quantities are approximate and will be ordered by the City of Mansfield, Ohio as needed throughout the winter season of 2025 and 2026. Each bid must contain the full name of the party or parties making the same and all persons interested therein, and must be accompanies by a certified check on some solvent bank or a satisfactory bond executed by the bidder and an acceptable surety in the amount of Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) payable to the City of Mansfield, Ohio, as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, a contract will be entered into and its performance properly secured.
