Renovation of a civil project in Selbyville, Delaware. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Water Treatment Plant Backwash Tanks The project consists of the installation of underground precast, post tensioned concrete backwash tanks for the water treatment plant filters, associated pipes, and associated pumps. Minority Business Enterprises (MBE), Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (WBE) will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids on this contract and will not be subject to discrimination on the basis of race, color, national origin or sex in consideration of this award. All CONTRACTORS are required to adhere to Maryland Department of the Environment (MDE) M/WBE requirements for M/WBE participation. All BIDDERS must use to the greatest extent feasible minority, women, and/or disadvantaged businesses and will not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, or sex in considering businesses for subcontracting and/or material/equipment supplies. The right is reserved as the interest of the TOWN OF SELBYVILLE may appear, to reject any and all bids, to waive any informality or irregularity in bids received, and to accept or reject any items of any bid.
