To provide on call kitchen and cooking equipment repair services for the Food Service operations at each school within the Indian River School District. The contract shall cover costs for labor and parts as needed. One year, commencing once it is approved by Indian River School District Board. This contract may be extended for additional time periods upon the mutual agreement of all parties. Any increase in rates, if accepted, shall not exceed the increase in the Consumer Price Index (CPIW US City Average) for the previous twelve-month period. All questions must be referred to Clifton F. Toomey Jr., Indian River School District, 31 Hosier St., Selbyville, DE 19975, clifton.toomey@irsd.k12.de.us. All questions and answers will be posted in the State of Delaware's website www.bids.delaware.gov. It will be the vendor's responsibility to check for any updates, Q & A's and/or addendums.
