Contractors may submit a bid for either contract individually or for both* Contract No. 2 - Dock Construction: The scope of work shall include, but is not limited to, all labor, materials, and equipment, necessary and related, for the construction and installation of the PreEngineered Floating ADA Commercial Kayak Launch System with ADA Curbing, Pre-Engineered ADA Gangway with Float Frame and Railings, and ADA Transfer Platform and Railing at Kiwanis International Park. Question Acceptance Deadline 08/12/2025 04:00 PM EDT Questions are submitted online No Bonding Requirements - Surety Bond 5 % Each Bid must be submitted on the prescribed Bid Form and accompanied by security in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. The Successful Bidder will be required to furnish the additional bonds prescribed in the Bidding Documents. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within forty-five (45) days after the actual date of opening thereof. *The Town Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids or proposals, or any specific part of any item of any bid.
