Renovation of a multi-residential development in Lexington, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Bids shall be accompanied by Certified Check or Bid Bond, payable to the Owner, in an amount not less than 5% of Bid. A lump sum bid is desired for the project. The successful bidder shall provide an acceptable 100% Performance and Payment Bond within ten (10) days of receipt of a Notice of Intent to Award Contract. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, and to waive any informality. Bids may not be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after Bid date. Faxed or electronic withdrawals will not be permitted. This project consists of upgrades to the Falconcrest Apartments Security for the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Housing Authority. Contract Documents may be examined at the following locations: Lynn Imaging Online Planroom, 328 Old East Vine Street, Lexington, KY 40505 Drawings and General Provisions of Contract, including General and Supplemental Conditions Specification sections, apply to work of this section. Related work described in Divisions 26, 27, and 28, Specification sections (including, but not limited to, those listed for emphasis) also apply to work described herein.
