SUCCESSFUL BIDDING BIDDER awarded this contract shall provide a performance surety in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract amount. Erie Water Works has established a 10% minority participation goal for all Prime Contractors bidding on the project, and any associated subcontractors hired by the prime contractors in order to complete the project. The goal relates to all construction related employees/trades to be employed on the project. Prime Contractors are required to provide a quarterly summary of minority participation in a format agreed to by Erie Water Works after the construction contracts are executed. Prime Contractors should use the Directory of Minority, Women and Section 3 Business Enterprises to solicit proposals from potential subcontractors. Erie Water Works reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof or to waive any informality in the bidding.
