Renovation of an office development in Highlands, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a office development.
The project is awarded to Trax Mechanical LLC but the awarded amount is not available yet. The New York State Bridge Authority (NYSBA) is soliciting bids for the "Network Computer Room Conditioning Unit and Building Heat Pump Air Handler Units Replacement" project at the Mid-Hudson Bridge in Highland, New York. The existing Liebert computer room ceiling conditioning unit is to be removed and replaced with a new comparable unit. The existing five (5) air handler are to be replaced with new units. Contractor shall be responsible for all work necessary to provide fully functional systems in the operations network building network computer room and HVAC system throughout the building. The apparent low Bidder shall present evidence of experience and financial stability. The Bidder shall comply with the terms of the Notice to Bidders, including Equal Employment Opportunity, M/WBE and SDVOB goals. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 2% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 3% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 2%
