consists of the construction of a new booster pump station including clearing, grading, foundations, masonry, roofing, doors, yard piping, valves, electrical, etc. to provide a complete and operational booster pump station and demolition and site restoration at the existing station site. This project is being supported with Treasury, Coronavirus State and Local Recovery Fund grant funding. Therefore, certain restrictions andother federal requirements attach to this opportunity. The allotted time for construction is 210 calendar days. Bid(5.0%), Performance(100%), Payment(100%), Certified Check The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond in the amount of his bid and shall, before entering on the work of said contract, be licensed as a contractor of the Town of Tracy City. No bid may be withdrawn within 90 days after the scheduled time for receipt of bids thereof. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Any person with a disability requiring special accommodation must contact the Town of Tracy City no later than 7 days prior to the bid opening. CONTRACT 223 - Water System Improvements Furnish and install complete Water Pumping Station including site grading, slab, building, pumps, variable frequency drives, control panel, electrical, telemetry, valves, piping, fittings, tank foundations, tank materials and erection, demolition of existing tank and related water works facilities as shown on the Plans and Specifications.
