The City of Rialto (City) is soliciting proposals from qualified professional firms to provide the City with federally-funded services for development of an Advanced Metering Infrastructure System (hereinafter the Project). Vendor/Contractor’s must adequately respond to the RFP and all of the technical requirements for the AMI system. Water West Operating Services, Inc. (Veolia) will be operating as the prime contractor for this project. The proposed vendor/contractor will be executing a subcontract agreement with Veolia as their subcontractor. This Project is funded in part by federal sources and subject to the Uniform Administrative Requirements under 2 CFR Part 200 and applicable federal, state and local laws.
