Site work for a residential development in Columbus, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a residential development.

The City of Columbus, Department of Development (DoD), Housing Division (the City) is seeking specialized Contractors to perform residential foundation repairs and water-proofing. Scope of work shall include but not limited to stabilization of foundation walls, interior perimeter drain tile, sump pumps, basins, and underground drain lines. All of the City's Home Repair programs will be under a Task Order Contract. The Contractor will perform structural and/or foundation repairs on residential properties within the city limits of Columbus, Ohio. The quote shall reflect all necessary labor and materials to perform a completed project. Items include, but are not limited to: Engineer assessment and report, carbon fiber wall supports, I-Beams, and waterproofing system, etc.). All installed items shall be per manufacture installation instructions to meet the manufactures warranty requirements and recommendations for the type of house in the work order. a. The Contractor shall perform structural and/or foundation repairs and provide other services pertaining to the structure on residential properties within the city limits of Columbus, Ohio as part of the City's Home Repair programs. As part of the City of Columbus home repair programs the contractor shall perform a structural assessment and may involve the following work: foundation stabilization, and waterproofing. Work to comply with RCO 905.2 & manufacture installation instructions. b. All structural repairs shall conform to the Engineer's assessment report. c. Any unforeseen conditions shall be addressed to the Rehabilitation Technician assigned to project. A Change Order may be requested. d. Photo documentation during and after the completion of the project shall be submitted with the final invoice. e. The work provided hereunder by the Contractor shall be executed as directed by the work order in the most sound, workmanlike, and substantial manner. h. The Contractor shall not enter into any side agreements with the Homeowner for additional work or material over and above the City approved work for the duration of the Contract. The prime Contractors and Subcontractors shall refrain from offering suggestions to Homeowner regarding changes in the City's work order. All recommended changes should be brought to the attention of the City. i. Certain projects under this Contract may be subject to a Historic Resource Commission review. If the project is within a historic district within the City, the Contractor will be required to follow the recommendations of the Historic Resource commission for that area. Any special circumstances will be notated in the work order and must be strictly followed. If the recommendations are not followed, any and all rework needed shall be performed at the Contractor's expense.
