This project consists of installing a 235 - foot northbound left turn lane and a 335 - foot southbound left turn lane at the intersection of Central College Road and Harlem Road, plus a shared use path (SUP) along the west side of Harlem Road from the intersection of Central College Road north approximately 400 feet.
