The purpose of this Request for Quotes (RFQ) is to solicit quotes to furnish/provide demolition services for the structure(s) located at 100 City Farm Rd, Building 3, the City Farm Farmhouse. Contractor is responsible for removal and legal disposal of all asbestos-containing material, if present and/or identified in the specifications, removal and legal disposal of all personal property from within the structure(s), demolition of the structure(s), removal and legal disposal of all debris, and clearing, grading and seeding of the areas disturbed per these specifications for the demolition of 100 City Farm Rd, Building 3, Newport News, VA 23602.
