Renovation of a mixed-use development in San Diego, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

The project will provide a complete restroom renovation at Building Old Town-1, located at SPAWAR Complex, at Naval Base Point Loma, San Diego, California. The subject action proposes the contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, parts and labor necessary to build and certify this project. The word "provide" in this scope shall mean "to order, purchase, deliver to site, assemble, install per manufacturer's recommendations, connect and test for proper functioning. The Base Scope of work is to renovate OT-1 Restrooms 1384 and 1388. The Scope of work is to fully demolish all finishes (Ceramic Tile walls and floor), partitions/accessories, plumbing fixtures (and Carriers), Light fixtures/switches/receptacles, Exhaust fans and registers (clean ducts), and Doors/frames/hardware. New Work will be Repair/refinish drywall, new ceramic wainscot, new ceramic tile floor, new partitions/accessories, New Finish Paint , new doors/frames/hardware, R/R Fire suppression heads, R/R existing cast iron piping (POC is at 6" AFF new piping to be ABS/PVC, and camera inspection existing sewer lines. This is the general scope of work for all restrooms with small differences between each Rest Room (Refer to Part 3 SOW for details) Option 1 OT-1 Restrooms 2128 and 2163 - See RFP (Separate Price) Option 2 OT-1 Restrooms 2428 and 2429 - See RFP (Separate Price) Option 3 OT-3 Restrooms 1505 and 1511 - See RFP (Separate Price) Option 4 OT-3 Restrooms 2420 and 2422 - See RFP (Separate Price) The project is subject to prevailing wage and the Buy American Act. The period of Performance (POP) is 720 calendar days (Including 15 calendar days for bond submittal) from Task Order Award. If any or all of the options are exercised, the Period of Performance will not be extended. All RFIs shall be submitted no later than 1400, Pacific Standard Time (PST), on 17 July 2025 via email. Any RFIs submitted after the cutoff date may not receive a response. The Range of Magnitude of the Construction Project is Between $500,000 and $7,000,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The bidder shall furnish a bid guarantee. The amount of the bid guarantee shall be20 percent of the bid price or $3,000.000, whichever is less (see FAR 52.228-1, Bid Guarantee). Addendum #1-#3 have been issued as of 8-7-2025.
