Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Desert Hot Springs, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool; and for site work for a swimming pool.
Sealed bids will be received by the City of Desert Hot Spring Department of Public Works, for furnishing of all labor, material, tools, and equipment necessary for pool renovations including but not limited to, pool re-plastering, re-tiling, partial deck renovation, replacement of underwater lights and deck equipment, reconstruction of pool coping, sprayground installation and other work required to provide a fully operational aquatics facility as works as more particularly described in the plans and specifications under City Project No. 2013, John H. Furbee Aquatic Center Improvements, in the City of Desert Hot Springs. All Pre bid inquiries and questions shall be directed to Jesus Lopez, via email at jlopez@cityofdhs.org and include "Pre-bid Questions for John H. Furbee Aquatic Center Improvements, City Project No. 2013" in the "Subject Line". Prebid questions will only be accepted from Friday July 24, 2025, through Tuesday July 29, 2025 (5:00PM). Pre-Bid questions only from General Contractors will be answered. Subcontractor questions will not be answered.
