Renovation of a municipal facility in Westerville, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The City of Westerville is accepting proposals for furnishing, delivering, and installing forty-eight (48) new and unused professional commercial-grade non-smart video displays ("dumb" TVs) ranging in size from 55 inches to 75 inches. These video displays are necessary to equip the newly renovated City of Westerville City Hall Complex, which is currently under construction at 21 - 29 S. State Street, Westerville, OH, 43081, and tentatively scheduled for completion in spring 2026. The RFP respondent awarded a contract based on the merits of their offer (hereinafter referred to as "Successful Offeror" or "Contractor") shall provide all labor, products, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, expertise, supervision, warehousing, services, and appurtenances necessary to furnish, deliver, and install the professional commercial-grade non-smart displays necessary to equip the newly renovated Westerville City Hall Complex. Questions Due Date: August 1, 2025, 5:00 PM EDT Contract Award On or about Sep 15, 2025 The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals in their entirety or to select certain applications from the proposals.
