Online Portal Intent to Bid Due Date: Sep 17th 2025, 5:00 PM EDT The City of Westerville is accepting proposals for janitorial services for six (6) City of Westerville facilities. The initial term of the contract shall be for a three (3) year period. The contract shall be from January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2028, subject to annual appropriation of funds. The contract may be renewed at the expiration of the initial term at the request/option of the City. The renewal may be for up to two (2) additional one (1) year periods. Event Pre bid meeting Description: The conference will begin with a meeting at the Public Service Department's main office, located at 370 Park Meadow Road, Westerville, OH 43081. Following the meeting, site visits for each of the locations included in the RFP will be offered. Please note, this will be the only opportunity for site visits
