The project consists of but is not limited to: Mechanical Upgrades at Bohn Tower. Refer to drawings and specifications for all specified project work and maintenance contract requirements. Remove and replace existing roof top unit and install (2) new roof top units. Provide new curbs and connections to existing duct work. 4. Provide electrical work to disconnect existing equipment and provide new connections to the new equipment
