Reference Number 0000298119 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/07/24 12:00:00 PM CDT Supply of Traffic Gravel Class “C” Modified (EPP) within 30 KMs of Deloraine Maintenance Yard 1. This request for quotes will establish unit prices for the supply of Traffic Gravel Class C Modified within 30 Kms of Deloraine, Manitoba. The vendor will allow Manitoba Transportation and Infrastructure to remove the material at the department's request from the vendors stockpile site. Estimated quantities for the material required are shown in FORM "A" PRICING SHEET - Estimated Material Quantities and Supply Location on Page 7 of this RFQ. The estimated supply deadline date for the material at the supply location is on or before September 30, 2025. 2. Please submit unit bid prices for each material identified in Form, A Pricing Sheet. For taxation purposes, separate unit bid prices are required for Traffic Gravel Class C Modified (EPP) production. Unit bid prices shall not include any taxes. Unit bid prices are expressed per cubic meter of material. 3. The quantities may vary and some material you may not have in stock. If the material is not on hand for use and cannot be produced prior to the supply deadline, do not enter a unit price. Please enter a unit price only for materials that you are capable of producing. 4. Bidders will be awarded Purchase Orders (PO) for individual materials on the basis of lowest overall cost (including applicable taxes). The PO number must appear on all invoices, which are presented for payment. 5. Traffic Gravel Class C Modified will be measured by truck box measurement (cubic meters) of material received by Manitoba Transportation and Infrastructure within 30 KMs of the Town of Deloraine, Manitoba. The department will be responsible for loading the material at the vendor stockpile site.
