New construction of a retail development in Flat Rock, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a retail development.
Greenhouse Storage Building to be located near the newly constructed Greenhouse Blue Ridge Community College is seeking proposals for a turnkey project to: Design and build a 22'x12' metal storage building with 8' walls with (2) 8' wide sectional metal garage doors for the storage of Horticulture equipment. Construction to include all necessary site work, all foundation/footing, concrete pad work. The quote must include shop drawings and specifications for building and foundation/footings. Work to include all electrical. Provide, assemble and install a 6' wide x 8' deep metal open shed (no sidewalls or back wall) for storage of the soil mixer. The quote must include shop drawings. Question Deadline 08/01/2025 at 4:00 PM ET . Written questions should reference the project name "Greenhouse Storage Building" and be emailed to: Sharon Howell Sb_howell@blueridge.edu No bid may be withdrawn after the opening of bids for a period of 30 days. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive informalities. Bids shall be made only on the BID/ACEPTANCE form provided herein with all blank spaces for bids properly filled in and all signatures properly executed. The State reserves the right to waive any minor informality or technicality in bids received.
