Provide labor to install LVT and Carpet in various rooms and sites License Classifications Classification * C-15 (Flooring and Floor Covering Contractors) Classification * B (General Building Contractor) Scope- The El Centro Elementary School District is seeking flooring services at multiple school sites across the district. The project includes both overlay installations and full demo/replacement depending on the area. Project Sites & Areas:Overlay Installations (No Demo Required):Two (2) Multi-Purpose Rooms (MPRs) De Anza Office, De Anza Lounge. These areas will receive new flooring installed directly over the existing surface. Carpet tile and adhesive will be provided by the District for these overlay areas. Full Demo and lnstallation:Kennedy School - Room 29 Washington School - One (1) Relocatable Classroom Wilson School - One (1) Relocatable Classroom Martin Luther King Jr. School - Two (2) Pod Classrooms. These areas will require demolition and removal of existing flooring and baseboards. Contractor will be responsible for preparing the subfloor and furnishing and installing new LVT flooring and 6-inch baseboards.
