Site work and new construction of a clubhouse / community center in Carbondale, Illinois. Completed plans call for the construction of a clubhouse / community center; and for site work for a clubhouse / community center.
New Community Resource Centers - Carbondale Elementary School District #95 Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn tor a period of 60 days after opening of bids. Successful bidder shall begin the WorH on receipt of the Notice to Proceed and shall complete the Work within the Contract Time, Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work. A Performance Bond, separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insurance in a form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful BidderBidders must comply with the statutes of the State of Illinois requiring not less than the prevailing rate per-diem. legal holidays, and overtime wages in the locality where the work is to be performed, to be paid to all laborers, workmen and mechanics employed in the execution of the contract and all other statutes of the State of Illinois. The Owner reserves the right to reject any, and all bids in whole or in part or to waive any informalities in the bidding.
