Sacramento Regional Transit District (SacRT) is soliciting Bids from contractors with qualifications, experience, and knowledge to provide Monitor, Certify, and Repair Underground Storage Tanks (UST) and Perform Designated UST Operator Services as specified in Section 2.0, Scope of Work. Project Duration 5 Years Online Q&A Yes Deadline 07/14/2025 11:59 PM (PDT) To further that policy, SacRT will provide a 10% price preference to Bidders meeting the SBE participation goal and a 10% price preference to Bidders meeting the Local Business participation goal set for this Contract. Bidders eligible for both preferences will receive a 20% preference. See Attachment 7 Small and Local Business Enterprise (SBE/LBE) Requirements for additional information and required forms. A Bidder claiming a preference must complete and submit SBE/LBE Form 1a SBE/LBE Participation Certification with its bid. Bid must be good for 90 days. If SacRT has not awarded or is not prepared to award by the end of this period, SacRT may request that all bidders voluntarily extend the validity period of the Bid. If all Bidders voluntarily agree, the Bids will be extended on the same terms originally offered and must be honored until the end of the extended period.
