Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Menifee, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
DESCRIPTION OF WORK The work will consist of removal of 1,200 linear feet of AC curb, and replacing with concrete curb, gutter and construction of a valley gutter. PROJECT TIMELINE This project is date specific, and the construction schedule shall be strictly adhered. The Contractor shall begin work on or before the date noted in the project construction time schedule shown below and in the General Provisions. Construction WORK HOURS will be limited between 8:00AM and 5:00PM Pacific Time, Monday to Friday unless approved by City Engineer. LOCATION OF WORK This project is located west of the 215 freeway and north of Scott Road. The major crossroads are Craig Avenue. & Murrieta Road. This portion of the project is along Beth Drive, from Melvin Street to Murrieta Road.
