**As of August 13th, 2025, the project was awarded to High Access, LLC but the awarded amount is not available.** Scope of Work: Replace and repair multiple areas of damaged, loose, and cracked concrete on skate park and areas surrounding skate park. Remove deteriorated sealant from concrete expansion/stress joints then fill and seal approximately 300ft of joint cracks in skate park as necessary. Install gravel and fill under exposed section of concrete at top of skate park. Add dirt next to area at top of skate park to hold gravel in place. Alternate Work: Alternate 1: Remove deteriorated sealant from concrete expansion/stress joints then fill and seal approximately 200ft of joint cracks in sidewalk adjacent to skate park area as necessary. Alternate 2: Repair broken concrete by sewer drain near skate park Alternate 3: Repair broken concrete near metal railing near skate park Project Specifications: The contractor is to provide the equipment and materials necessary to complete the project as described in the scope of work and alternate work. The Assistant Facilities Manager is to be informed of the work schedule at least five (5) business days prior to project starting. All final measurements are the responsibility of the contractor. The contractor is to cordon off work areas with caution tape, fencing, or other means necessary to restrict pedestrian trespass while work is in progress and after for enough time to allow concrete and sealant to completely dry.
