Carpet cleaning services are to be provided at the following locations: o City Hall 3400 Lee Rd 16,375 sq ft o Police/Court 3355 Lee Rd 9,500 sq ft o STJ Community Bldg. 3450 Lee Rd 9,500 sq ft o Service Center 15600 Chagrin Blvd 2,375 sq ft o Fire Station #1 17000 Chagrin Blvd 4,700 sq ft o Fire Station #2 2801 Warrensville Center Rd 1,240 sq ft o Thornton Park 3301 Warrensville Center Rd 1,900 sq ft The square footage listed is approximate only and represent an estimate made by the City. The contractor is responsible for making all measurements necessary to submit a proposal. The Term of this Agreement shall be for 2025-2028. A requirements contract for a 12-month period beginning upon award and the execution of a contract shall be awarded to the lowest and best bidder as soon as practical after the opening of bids, subject to the reservation of the preceding paragraph and the bidder to whom an award is made must enter into a contract with the City of Shaker Heights within TEN (10) days after notification of award. As the bid specifications are intended to result in a requirements contract, the quantities listed herein are approximate only and represent the current estimate by the City. The Contractor shall keep fully informed of all Federal, State and Local laws, ordinances, and regulations and all orders and decrees of authorities having any jurisdiction or authority which, in any manner, affect those engaged or employed on the work, or which, in any way, affect the conduct of the work.
