Base Pavements Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) at Little Rock Air Force Base (LRAFB) supports maintenance and repair of airfield pavements and civil works construction projects for the 19th Civil Engineer Squadron (19 CES). Work includes temporary and permanent airfield markings, erosion control, joint sealing, spall repair, bitumen seal coats, crack repair, rubber removal, friction testing, concrete and asphalt pavement removal and disposal, cold milling, grading and compacting of crushed materials, new concrete pavement construction, runway grooving, tie-down installation, hot mix asphalt placement, subdrain installation, airfield grading, hydroseeding or sodding, GIS and As-Built drawings, SWPPP implementation, demolition, ABA ramps, handrails, excavation, clearing, tree cutting, landscaping, joint and crack sealants, slurry seal, bollard installation, utility adjustments, roadway construction to AHTD standards, traffic control, pavement markings and signage, culvert and drainage structure work, underdrain installation, sidewalks, steps, and traffic detection loop installation and repair. Each task order will define specific work requirements and may require phased execution to accommodate base operations. **Amendment 1 - Amendment to posting.
