The contractor shall provide all management, personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and nonpersonal services necessary to perform servicing, cleaning, and degreasing of kitchen grease hood and duct systems as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS), except for those items specified as Government Furnished Property and services. The contractor shall meet the standards outlined in the contract, including planning, coordination, and surveillance of activities to ensure disciplined work performance and timely application of resources. The contractor is responsible for maintaining communication with the contracting officer (CO) and the contracting officer's representative (COR), and must immediately notify both of any issues that could prevent timely performance. The contractor is also required to implement and maintain management control systems to plan, organize, direct, and control all contract activities. Services include cleaning and maintaining kitchen grease exhaust hoods and fans, filters, ducts, belts, pulleys, motors, and associated hardware.
