There is a mandatory pre-bid meeting at the project site located at 14912 AR-107, Jacksonville, AR, 72076. Plans and specifications can be viewed at Hart Construction's office, and digital copies are available upon request with a signed release form. Bid documents can also be printed or purchased from Southern Reprographics, 901 West 7th St., Little Rock, AR. A bid security in the amount of 5% shall accompany each bid in excess of $50,000.00. Material suppliers are not required to attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting.
