Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Pueblo, Colorado. Completed plans call for the construction of a transportation facility; for site work for a transportation facility; and for paving for a transportation facility.
The Pueblo Memorial Airport (PUB) Taxilane Rehabilitation project will consist of the rehabilitation of the existing asphalt concrete (AC) taxilane and apron between the Fixed Base Operator (FBO) Apron and new hangar site; as well as a new 10-Unit Nested Hangar (approx. 51' x 231' with a building height of 15'). The AC rehabilitation will consist of full depth crack repair, seal coat, and new pavement markings. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, money order or bid bond in the amount of five (5) percent of the grand total bid, plus all alternates if applicable, payable to the City of Pueblo as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the proposed contract and bonds within ten (10) days from the date of the Notice of Award. Bidders must follow the submittal procedures outlined in the bid documents. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids for any or all items covered in the Invitation for Bid, to waive informalities or defects in bids, or to accept such bids as it shall deem to be in its best interest.
