As of September 05, 2025, project was awarded to ROI with the amount of $350,509. The Apparent Low Bidd is ROI with the amount of $350,509. This project involves upgrading the lighting systems on six athletic fields by removing outdated fixtures and installing energy-efficient LED lighting. The upgrade will improve visibility, safety, and uniformity while reducing long-term energy and maintenance costs. The work specified in this contract shall begin within ten (10) days after receipt by Contractor of the fully executed contract from the County. The work shall be completed within 240 calendar days from date of commencement. Liquidated damages in the amount of $250.00 per working day shall be deducted from Contractors estimate if the work is not completed prior to the expiration of the time limits specified above or of all extensions granted by County. A 5% Bid Bond must accompany each bid received. A Performance Bond, Labor and Materials Payment Bond and Certificates of Insurance (coverage in accordance with the contract documents) will be required of the successful bidder. Pueblo County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, waive any irregularities or informalities.
